ABSTRACT
The article discusses the social networking which has created severe problems in several companies in Great Britain. According to Andrew Bernstein, chief executive at Cymfony, two-thirds of online consumers are visiting social networking sites which have increases to 414 percent since 2004. The executive added that, global multinationals are recognizing social networks played a huge role in shaping consumers purchasing decisions.
