ABSTRACT
The article reports that broker Barry Ruzat, of Synergy Retail Group, has been circulating a list containing the property of Carls Furniture's in Florida for lease. It is stated that Carls owners control more than one million square feet of real estate and all kinds of offers have been made to them, but they have not taken any decision in this regard. It is also stated that the company's estimated furniture, bedding and accessories sales was $133.4 million in 2006.
