Some service providers are coming up with interactive and on-demand services to target specific audiences. In France, broadband providers are finding challenges in holding on to their customers, 70% of whom get IPTV free with their broadband subscriptions. Consumers still haven't made full use of IPTV services even when they are free of charge because the content hasn't been compelling enough.
