The article reports that the fast food giant McDonald's Corp. has revealed that it plans to convert its British delivery fleet to run on 100% biodiesel made from its own used cooking oil. It will be produced to a quality complying with the European EN14214 biodiesel specification. It is stated that the national roll-out will reduce the fast food chain's carbon emissions by 1,675 tonnes/year.
