ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the efforts of Suiza Foods Corp. to expand a test of three value-added milk products, to be supported with an integrated campaign themed Milk made better, in an attempt to stand out in a commoditized category in the U.S. The effort, developed by DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc. in Dallas, Texas, includes roughly 3 million U.S. dollars in television, radio, magazine and outdoor advertising in test markets. Suiza's advertising campaign will aim to change that by marrying an awareness-building campaign with a message targeting moms about relevant product innovation that really goes after specific consumer needs.
