ABSTRACT
The article reports that Home Fabrics, the division of Joan Fabrics, will be merged with the Wesley Mancini Ltd. by Valdese Weavers unit that was rolled out in 2006. Joan Fabrics has packaged the Home Fabrics business with its Circa 1801/Doblin division before its bankruptcy filing. The new Home Fabrics entity will be known as Home Fabrics by Wesley Mancini.
