The article presents information on an ongoing program run by the organization, Meds and Food for Kids, in Haiti to deal with the problem of malnutrition among children. It runs a mobile clinic providing families with medical help and fortified peanut butter for effective nutrition. It focuses on children under 2 years of age. Its peanut butter therapy does away with malnutrition in less than six weeks. The peanut butter is classified as a Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food.
