Dana, Dongfeng joint venture proceeding

The article reports on the joint venture between Dana Mauritius Ltd. and Dongfeng Dana Axle Co. Ltd. after the former has closed on the purchase of 4% of the registered capital of the latter from Dongfeng Motor Co. Ltd. It states that Dana Mauritius has also agreed to purchase another 46% equity interest in Dongfeng Dana Axle Co. Ltd. within the next three years for about $55 million. About 8,000 employees will be employed in Dongfeng Dana Axle which will be headquartered in Xiangfan, China.
