The Louisville Arena Authority in Kentucky, named Centerplate to manage the food and Leverage contract for the Louisville Arena. Kansas State University became the first college campus to feature a licensed Caribou Coffee franchise when Chartwells opened a unit in the Student Union earlier in 2007.
