Paulson, Luttman Win Gold At HFM

Paulson, the foodservice director, and Luttman, the executive chef, won for their Chicken Meritage with Jasmine Rice Pilaf. The team will present their creation in a live cooking demonstration during the American Dietetic Association convention in Philadelphia.
