ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the Chungmuro Film Festival to be held on October 25 to November 2, 2007 in Seoul, Korea. The event, which will be devoted to classic films, will feature some 150 titles, with programs dedicated to director John Boorman, Hong Kong director Patrick Tam, and a wide range of classic Korean films. The fest will cover a $4.3 million budget, as a part of a planned revival of downtown Chungmuro, once the hub of the Korean film industry.
