ABSTRACT
The article reports on the financial performance of some cable television network-centric mutual funds in the U.S. in the 2nd quarter of 2007. According to the quarterly reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, four major mutual funds including Capital Research & Management Co. and Capital Guardian Trust Co. were stable in the period. They spread their wealth between cable and telecommunication stocks. Capital Research & Management added 34 million shares of Time Warner Inc.
