ABSTRACT
The article reports on the growth of the PBS Kids Sprout cable television channel. The channel will turn 2 on September 26, 2007. The occasion is witnessing the channel with a new, live morning program and a deal with Time Warner Cable Inc. The channel signed a distribution contract with Time Warner Cable in August 2007. With this agreement, the channel's video-on-demand programming will reach 9 million homes.
