ABSTRACT
The article reports on the demonstration of the Virtual Command Technology (VCT) developed by NetTalon Inc. in Louisiana. NetTalon, along with the city of Baton Rouge and the state, has tested a series of training exercises to demonstrate the capabilities of VCT. The device will enable police responders to reach the intrusion emergency with their incident planning and preparation in progress, as well as provides security and police officers a virtual presence within an affected building.
