The article reports on the acquisition of the biocides business of Bode Chemie by International Specialty Products Inc. (ISP). Bode Chemie is known as a world leader in hygiene and preservation solutions. Bode's range of industrial biocide products for the metalworking fluids, paints and coatings and building and construction markets has been purchased by ISP. The existing biocides portfolio of ISP will be improved through the acquisition.
