ABSTRACT
The article reports on the awarding of ISO 9001:2000 accreditation to St. Francis Institute of Management & Research (SFIMAR). The award was given by DNV, a famous accreditation body. Prakash Tikare, head of DNV, presented the certificate to Thomas Mathew, director of SFIMAR. SFIMAR is considred as one of the biggest Roman Catholic Management Institution in Maharashtra, India.
