The article presents information on the UICT Foundation day celebrations held under the aegis of the UDCT Alumni Association (UAA) August 4, 2007 in India. During the celebration, Sukdev Thorat stated in his lecture that UICT is the example of how excellence can be achieved even with moderate resources.
