ABSTRACT
The article features the recipients of the 2007 Market Leaders award, recognized at the sixth annual "CRM" magazine Market Awards. They include Oracle-owned Siebel Systems which mauled its rivals in terms of functionality, Salesforce.com which has dominated the software-as-a-service market with more than 29,800 customers and Unica which owns the flagship solution Affinium that continues to be a favorite in the marketplace.
