ABSTRACT
The article reports on the growth of customer relationship management (CRM) spending in the U.S. in 2006, according to AMR Research. Spending grew between 8 percent and 12 percent, the third straight year of industry growth. Revenue rose to $12.6 billion, spurred by continued interest in software-as-a-service and hosting.
