ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Corn Refiners Association in the U.S. is pleased with the results of a peer-reviewed study on high-fructose corn syrup, published in the "American Journal of Clinical Nutrition." The study supports previous research showing very little difference between the effects of soft drinks sweetened with either high fructose corn syrup or sugar on hunger or fullness.
