ABSTRACT
The article offers information on electronic military equipment for forward observation intelligence crews. The Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) radio provides geopositioning information and secure two-way communication through three segments. Multi-Time-Machine (MIM) produces the Commando Ops Navigator dual-unit GPS system that includes a watch and a transceiver. Qinetiq was awarded by the British Ministry of Defence to develop a sensor for trip and command wires often found on conventional munitions.
