ABSTRACT
The article talks about conducting formal interviews for internal candidates. According to the author, conducting the same formal interview process for an internal candidate as for an external one seems nonsensical. She says that one can never fully know any of his candidates, so a formal interview with an internal candidate can potentially reveal undiscovered skills or talents.
