ABSTRACT
The article talks about the replacement of Great Britain discrimination legislation with one equality act. The consultation, A Framework for Fairness, has imposed the most extensive review of equality law in Great Britain for over 30 years and it consists of a review of proposed changes to the law. The document deals with harmonizing and simplifying the law, making discrimination law more efficient through a single equality act, and reviving the law in the process.
