The article reports that Framestore CFC is using the recruitment system from StepStone i-Grasp. Framestore CFC is using StepStone i-Grasp system to recruit staff. With the system, candidates can submit film reels online, rather than applicants sending in a DVD of their work. According to recruitment and HR officer Amy Smith, the company can see online applications immediately and auto-generate letters giving confirmation of receipt, interview requests or rejections. The benefits offered by the system are mentioned.
