ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of Brazilian adhesives manufacturer The Artecola Group to acquire three Latin American companies in its second expansion phase. The companies are Chile-based Artiquim S.A., Peruvian Pegamentos Sintéticos S.A., and Argentinean Asequim S.A. According to the author, Artecola Group expects the acquisitions to enhance revenues by 39 percent, with the three firms expected to contribute a combined net revenue of $19 million.
