The article reports on Disney's cable movie the "High School Musical ." The sequel has reached an all time high mark of 17.2 million viewers, tagged as the most viewed cable movie of all time. This has been reported by TV historian Tim Brooks comparing it to the images of the first Gulf War aired by the CNN which put the cable news on the television map.
