ABSTRACT
The article reports on the resolution passed by the Florida Fire Chief's Association which encourages Governor Charlie Christ to call a special legislative session to address no-fault auto insurance in Florida. In the resolution, the group said that fire and emergency medical services (EMS) departments could lose millions of dollars in emergency transport reimbursements if personal injury protection is allowed to expire. The loss of personal injury protection will affect all Floridians.
