ABSTRACT
The article reports on the financial performance of K-12 textbook sales in the U.S. Textbook publishers textbook and supplemental materials net sales attain $1.57 billion in the first six months of 2007 which increases 0.7% from 2006 wherein the growing textbook sales in various states contributes to their revenue increase. In addition, sales of supplemental materials were down across the board in adoption states and open territories by 14.7% to $75 million.
