ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the business performance of DirecTV and WideOpenWest. A study by J. D. Power and Associates stated that satellite provider DirecTV ranked highest in three regions in the United States, and that WideOpenWest tops in one region among cable and satellite providers. This study gauged customer satisfaction in four geographical areas, namely, North Central, East, West, and South.
