ABSTRACT
The article presents information on C.A. Henschke & Co.'s Hill of Grace vineyard in Eden Valley, Australia. The Henschke family's Hill of Grace produces the famous single-vineyard wine. The 8-hectare vineyard contains the confluence of two creek lines; as a result, the variety of soil conditions is astonishing for such a small plot. The vineyard is operated as a series of a dozen or more mini vineyards, according to soil type and vine age.
