ABSTRACT
The article suggests offset mortgage as a way to plan finances in buying a house in Great Britain. Offsetting offers clients control over their mortgage payments to suit their lifestyle. Clients can also select the effect that offsetting will have on their mortgage loan by simply choosing either a shorter term or lower payments.
