ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of UKValuation to launch an automated valuation model (AVM) aggregator known as Vector in Great Britain. This system allows lenders to compare results from several AVM simultaneously. Lenders can also access confidence ratings for each AVM result. This information should help them make more informed underwriting decisions.
