The article reports on the fast-track permitting at the state level of Indiana, based from the 2005 Legislation. This has urged the Indiana Economic Development Corp. to administer "Shovel-Ready" and uses a Fast Access Site Team to deliver this initiative. It is stated that 19 Shovel-Ready sites are currently listed since the Decatur County Rail & Business Park. These areas include Central, Northern and Southern Indiana.
