ABSTRACT
The article reflects on the importance for a physician group to own their own medical office building. The author explains that this initiative allows the group to fully determine the make up of the space, and permits the group to recruit and select the other tenants of the building. He suggests that Indiana is blessed with developers and health care advisors who can help physicians in their buy-versus-lease decisions.
