ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the implementation of different handicap-parking laws by Stan Harmon, a member of the Oregon Paralyzed Veterans of America (OPVA) in Oregon. According to Harmon, his purpose is to make sure that the law has been consistently and fairly applied in which people don't get away with something at another person's expense. Moreover, Harmon has been always checking the disabled-parking permits in each place he goes.
