ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the use of handicap-parking placards which have been widely abused in the U.S. According to the author, the intention of a handicap-parking placard is to provide wheelchair users a space which is little closer to the store, theater, municipal building and doctor's office, however, many people without disability has been found using these placards. It is suggested that the solution to the problem is to write or call a Congressman and raise the increasing problem.
