ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Kwik Trip Inc.'s new $14 million food commissary and research facility. It is informed that nearly 100 employees man production lines work inside the food commissary which turn out more than a dozen sandwich varieties, five types of fresh pizzas and four kinds of salads that are shipped fresh and delivered daily to each of the company's 330 stores.
