ABSTRACT
The article informs that Jim Keyes, former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 7-Eleven Inc. who recently joined New Blockbuster Inc. as Chairman and CEO, is expected to bring the same kind of laser-like focus on consumer needs he used to turn around convenience store giant 7-Eleven to the video rental chain. Keyes, who is likely to introduce new and exclusive products at the video rental chain, is too early to say what changes might be afoot at Blockbuster.
