The article reports that U.S.-based cable television company Si TV has participated in a variety of affiliate promotions designed to attract English-dominant Hispanics as digital-tier subscribers. In Los Angeles, California, Si TV helped Time Warner Cable introduce itself to the niche Hispanics market via sponsorship and in Fresno the company created a campaign leveraging its dating show "Dating Factory."
