The article reports on the CableLabs Innovation Showcase during the CableLabs Summer Conference in the U.S. in August 2007. The exhibition included presentations of new cable television equipment by established vendors and start-up companies. Harmonic's universal-edge quadrature amplitude modulation system was touted as one of the best new equipment exhibited during the event.
