The article reports on plans by cable overbuilder RCN to expand its telephone services beyond its current markets in the U.S. in 2007. RCN plans to carry out the expansion by reselling the hosted-consumer Internet telephony services of Deltathree on top of selling its existing switched-based telephone services.
