Women's Network May Be Shopping Itself to NBCU

Oxygen Media is reportedly offering itself to be purchased by NBCU in a deal that can be worth as much as $3 billion. The market value of Oxygen is set at approximately $1 billion to $1.5 billion by "The Hollywood Reporter" publication.
