ABSTRACT
The article focuses on desserts being served in the U.S. It is stated that a Sodexho-managed dining room at Marathon Oil in Texas serves a variety of hot desserts, from bread pudding to fruit cobblers. Meanwhile, it is said that the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, which currently serves an inside-out carrot cookie, plans to introduce 2 types of dessert sushi.
