ABSTRACT
The article reports on the investment of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance in new equipment that speeds patient meal service in its two hospitals in Ontario. A long-term care facility in Wallaceburg purchased bulk service equipment which is carted down the hallways by dietary aides during service times. A spoken menu is also being used in the Chatham-Kent facility.
