ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the results of a Zagat survey that revealed what consumers like and do not like about fast food and fast food restaurants. It found that burger and fries are what respondents liked best in the fast food category while lack of cleanliness was the biggest turn-off. Sandwiches are favored by 19% of the respondents while pizza obtained 13% of the response.
