ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the revisiting of the member of the Congress as suggested by the Senator Jim Webb in Baghdad, Iraq. Webb was looking to deflect a question that brought repeatedly by Senator Lindsey Graham, asking the freshmen whether he had been in Baghdad. Graham argued that surge American troop levels and the new counter-terrorism strategy of General David Petraeus. As the survey by The Hill's Patrick Fitzgerald reveals that Senator Jack Reed has been 10 times to the Country.
