ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the model of the solar system with its cycles and epicycles according to mathematician Ptolemy. It is mentioned all planets move with uniform angular velocity in circles about the sun. Within this article, the Kepler motion was discussed as the consequence of a dynamic law of gravitation.
