ABSTRACT
The article features the "Art or Not?," the two-week programming stunt produced by Ovation TV. "Art or Not?" is a special television program which concerns how a wide range of visual art fits into the Western art canon. It also allegedly covers 25 more programs which are all devoted to the thesis that art is something that must be concentrated. One of its covered programs is the 90-minute world premiere "Belly Talkers," which talks about the art of ventriloquism.
