ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the human resources (HR) team at Wembley Stadium in London, England. An overview of difficulties encountered by the Wembley Stadium construction project is presented. The stadium had a successful opening in March 2007. A cup final, a concert for Diana and Live Earth were also hosted by the stadium. Peter Swordy, head of HR at Wembley Stadium describes the role of the HR team in the Wembley Stadium construction project.
