ABSTRACT
The article reports that author and consultant Richard Reeves has revealed to delegates who attended the recent conference of the Association of Graduate Recruiters the top considerations of graduates in job hunting. Values, autonomy and energy are the most important considerations for graduates when seeking jobs, Reeves has told delegates. Reeves said more and more graduates were looking for energetic employers that had the right values and gave them autonomy over their work.
